      If you see any of their offers and services, please DO NOT BUY!
      I was one of the first clients in the King's Cross clinic (2 years ago). The payment was upfront for a bundle of 10 body sessions and 12 face. The appointments are supposed to be every 6 weeks for optimum results.
      The first 5 sessions were easy to book in, the staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. After some staff changes it was difficult to book an appointment within 6 weeks period, it will take up to 12 weeks! The clinic everytime was more dirtier and not well taken care of.
      The staff was reluctant to contact the manager when I asked them. After many annoyances, and tears, I carried on with the treatments without any compensation from the clinic. I went this week for my final session only to find out that the clinic in King's Cross was closes since 31st October and nobody bothered to inform me.

      The clinic itself is very nice and presentable but the staff are not so in sync. I have attended a few sessions for laser now the 1st time they didn't have me booked in after I drove an hour down and when they did carry out the treatment it wasn't performed well I could have done a better job myself, she didn't engage to make me feel comfortable or welcomed either. The second time it was carried out it was done so by another person and this time it was performed much better with better communication skills. Lets see what happens at the next session as I've paid for multiple already.

      I first contacted this place a few months ago after coming across a laser hair removal deal on Groupon. The ladies offered me to pay cash at the place to which I didn't object and I even paid extra for getting an additional area treated as well.

      A few months later I found another deal and tried to call them and see if I qualified as I'm not a new customer. After several days of trying to get in touch and them not answering the phone, I contacted their branches in Woodford and Southquay and were told that it wouldn't be an issue. So I went there for my next appointment and presented the voucher I had purchased when Nicole at reception refused to accept it. I explained that I had made sure to ask if I could use it prior to my purchase but she wouldn't even let me talk and it seemed that she even enjoyed arguing with me. Her tone and attitude were completely unacceptable as I would expect to at least be heard and get what I have been promised on the phone. Moreover, I had paid by cash for my previous treatment which made me a new Groupon customer but she was stubbornly refusing to find a solution.

      When I asked to speak to the manager she just said she was the manager which was clearly a lie as I've seen the manager on one of my previous visits. When I came out of the bathroom I found Nicole and her colleague whispering and laughing which made me feel very uncomfortable and is not professional at all. I was then treated by the other girl Stefanie who carried out the procedure a lot more thoroughly than Nicole who had done it on my previous visit.

      I ended up going to their Woodford branch to make use of my Groupon purchase. So I now have to book two appointments in two different branches for the same procedure which is a great inconvenience to the customer. I do not regret it though as the service you get in their Woodford branch is a completely different story and I wish I had booked my first appointment here, too.

      Simply outrageous customer service!

      His&Hers Salon in King's cross closed down in autumn 2014 without any notice, so people who showed up for appointments were just presented with the note: "we moved and tried to call you' (which they didn't). They re-opened in mid-February and when I came in to ask: "What is going on? You just closed without a notice!", the receptionist said: "So? What do you want me to do..?" Literally not even 'sorry for inconvenience' to follow!

      I managed to get most of my treatments done by that time, but my friend who only got one appointment, demanded to get the refund (as I paid for her treatment). We are STILL battling to get back at least 5/6 of the price, as 5 appointments out of promised 6 were not provided.

      I called nearly every single day In March to sort it out with no response. Only managed to get through after I physically walked into the clinic and complained to a beautician. Then I got a phone call, explained my issue, was promised the call back from the illusive manager that can't be reached by any direct number or email, and of course never got it. Called and emailed repeatedly, every day (as if it's my bloody job), without any response, until I finally managed to get through only to be told that no refund will be processed. The Manager has only got back to us on the 27 of March, even though the appointment that my friend did not receive was in November.... She/he claimed that "all clients were offered treatments at Woodford when kings cross was closed temporarily", which was absolutely not true, as neither me, nor my friend had any communication from them. Additionally, the reason I joined the K.Cross clinic is for the location - if I lived in Woodford, Wimbledon or Surrey, I would have done so in the first place.

      The reason for them not providing the refund is apparently because, and I quote: "we have provided a test patch and treatment. If we charge you individually for sessions and £25 for the test patch you will end up owing us money."
      So apparently, you pay £200 for the service, the clinic can close without notice and who cares that you took your time to get there, then ignore you for months, re-appear as if it's completely normal without excuses or explanations, expects you to be fine with it and apparently if you who owes them money now! Fantastic!

      As soon as my last few sessions are finished I will never ever in my life go near that place again and strongly advice other people to do the same. His and Her's Salon can easily win the award for the London's Worst Customer Service and I can't believe they are getting away with scamming their clients like that. Please, avoid at all cost, not matter how good of a deal it looks like!

      I have to give 5/5 stars for customer service following my very first visit to His and Hers, Woodford. I had an appointment booked for Monday 1st December 2014. I turned up at the Woodford branch in plenty of time only to be told that my appointment was cancelled due to a therapist going off-sick at very short notice. Although the branch did leave me an answerphone message notifying me of the cancellation, unfortunately, I did not receive the message in time, hence why I turned up for my appointment! Despite this, the staff member at the reception desk (unfortunately I did not take down her name) and the branch manager (Nagina) worked together to ensure I did receive the treatments that I was originally booked in for. Overall, I was very satisfied with their customer service. The fact that the team worked collaboratively to ensure I was not turned away after having travelled from West Berkshire to East London was greatly appreciated. The therapist who completed my treatment was professional and I did not feel as though I was being rushed at any point. She continually asked if I was comfortable and not in any discomfort, which made me feel at ease throughout the treatment process. Also, I was able to get another appointment within six - seven weeks. Finally, my first impressions of the salon are good. The salon is very clean with nice decor and good spacious treatment rooms. It is conveniently located within a short walk of Woodford Underground Station on the Central Line.
