I've been looking for a piercing place in Cleveland for a while, and Tattoo Cafe did not disappoint! Joe was LOVELY, made sure we were comfortable, and was very skilled, leading to a (relatively) pain-free experience. They also have a good variety of jewelry in the store.

I also have to shout out their incredibly reasonable rates; my daith was 30 (before tip), as was my friend's tragus, which is better than any other shop I've seen post-COVID. They're cash only, but there's an ATM if you forget. Definitely coming back here!

I've had excellent service in the past from not only the piercer Joe but the artist Victoria. Today I took the relationship a step further and entrusted them with piercing my granddaughter's ears. She cries more being bathed, didn't have to soothe her she was smiling so quick. Joe was so good with her, took his time and made sure mom was fine also. Tattoo Cafe not just for adults. Think my daughter will let her get a tattoo? Just kidding ... If she's like grandma she'll get a few late late in life.

Went to get my second nostril piercing done (to have one on either side) and to get a jewelry change. Piercer seemed really nice and charismatic but when going to get the piercing done he dipped the sterile needle into a topical numbing cream and pierced me with it, numbing cream and all. When asking him why he did that, he responded with "that's just how i do it", he didn't even ask me if numbing cream was something i wanted to use. He had more than enough time to put the numbing cream on my nose and let it soak in while doing my jewelry change. Extremely unprofessional.

Brought my young daughter for an ear piercing and had a very pleasant experience. The professionals here will make sure that the piercing is properly aligned and will not use a piercing gun that's typically used at Claire's (operates by a teenager).

Today I went originally to get a new nose ring, Joe helped me and he was great b just like before. Then i decided to get a tattoo. I was assisted by Artist Victoria. She did such a great job and I've already received several compliments. She was patient with my questions and i love her free hand writing.

Joe FIXED my butchered belly piercing!!

I got my belly piercing done at another shop (All Tattoos, Strongsville) and my piercing was done wrong! It was way too deep into my navel cavity.
I went back to that shop because I was having severe swelling, the shop exchanged the bar for me. After two days it was worst than ever!

So I knew I needed a second opinion,

I went to go see Joe at Tattoo Cafe and he re-pierced my belly to make sure the belly ring was positioned correctly.
Considering the amount of swelling and how tender my belly button was - it was almost painless!!

Moral of the story, Joe fixed my belly button piercing and I'm forever grateful.

Only giving 3 stars for the cheap prices and nice staff. I did a walk-in for a normal septum piercing, they weren't busy and had no problem servicing me, but the man did the piercing so quickly and didn't pay much attention at all. Needless to say my septum is extremely crooked, but it was only $15 so i really can't complain much. I'm just going to live with it.
