Alcova Mortgage

I made my monthly payment online. However, because Alcova's online portal is so confusing. I placed the payment amount again in the Escrow field. This caused me to make a double mortgage payment which caused me to pay overdraft fees to my bank. (I am sure they have this set-up this way to confuse consumers).
I never received a payment confirmation. Therefore I could not catch this. I wrote to Alcova Mortgage and explained what happened. They sent me a nasty letter with bogus documents stating that I had recieved payment confirmation. However, I never recieved the payment confirrmation and can prove this with my google email. They are now charging me an nsf fee, This is the worst mortgage company to deal with.
