Pandora Store

I agree with the person who says this store comes up with the most ridiculous rules. I went in today to get two pieces of their jewelry cleaned. These were not mine. I was doing a favor for my neighbor since I was in the area anyhow.

I was there at around 7:15. They told me they stop cleaning jewelry at 5:30. But why? There were no other customers in the store. I could see if they were real busy. There were two employees so even if a customer came in, they would have been taken care of.

I am not a fan of their jewelry either. Some things are nice. But most of it is just okay.

This store is the absolute most unprofessional business I have ever been to!!
It's the holidays and the fact there is absolute 0 customer service or RESPECT and you can see in there faces they know they can get away with it!!

I have a Ready for Pick up email and checked the store hours are till 8pm Sunday....
Drive 20 minutes and walk to the door at 7:05pm to a lady giving me a hand sign there closed, I showed her the email thru the door and she starts waving BYE BYE to me?! When I ask who's a manager she points at herself and tells me move for customers to leave....
While I'm on the sidewalk 15 feet away checking the website and seeing if supports open, about 6-8 of the employees from the back come out to stand by the door as the 2 customers walk out.... Wow how offending! So a customer picking up an order is making them feel threaten I guess? Because they knew they were closing "early" ??

Like why is it so hard to take 2 minutes to hand me a "Ready for pick up" or heck even nicely say "Sorry we closed at 7pm tonight BLAH BLAH BLAH" nope they decide to treat you like your business does not matter....

I'm calling to have my order rescheduled for pickup at another location because clearly they don't want customers.

The store is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and it's not over crowded. They will attend to one person at a time

I had an online order for pickup and everything was very quick and easy. The staff member who helped me was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend using their online order and pick up. Very efficient.

My mom and I walked in ready to spend money on multiple Christmas gifts, and we immediately walked out. We were not greeted, not welcomed, only barked at, "do we have a mask?" We said no, we're fully vaccinated. The lady at the counter said she wasn't suggesting, and that the mask was required to shop. Since the mask mandate was lifted, I have not been asked to wear a mask in any store. Furthermore, I have not been asked to wear a mask in any other Pandora I've been to in south Florida, negating her excuse that they're a "private company." We will not be spending our hard earned dollars here at this location.

absolutely zero stars went in for a simple cleaning just a cleaning the easiest thing and was told they can only clean 3 items i looked at the woman and said since when she couldn't give me an answer so right their knew it was a joke and then the manger came over she was even worse cause she didnt have an answer either, they were trying to make something happen by saying oh we can do this and this i said if you can't do everything i will go elsewhere it's always something with this pandora surprised their still in business because they tend to come up with the most ridiculous rules i've ever heard

HORRIBLE customer service. No greeting. They looked for a good 20 mins for a ring they couldn't find but was in stock at their store. Disorganized and The large women with the dreadlocks needs to be reevaluated in her position on how to deal with people.

Location, location, not as busy as many of the mall locations so they usually have whatever you're looking for.
Staff is friendly, plus a mini waiting area with water while they clean and/or prepare your purchases.
Store can be busy sometimes, but I've been lucky, no line, no waiting.

This Store is the worst!!!
I months back I bought a bracelet for the Wife with some charms and they change color real quick I went to see what was going on and the manager Erika told me that it needed to be clean but they only clean the jewelry Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm, she say that you drop it on the morning and pick it up at the afternoon, I explain that me and my wife start work before they open and get out by 4 and she didn't care to help me, that is policy not to leave the jewelry overnight, but yes during the day.. ( dumbest shit I ever heard) so now we are stuck with dirty jewelry or take a day off work to get that shit clean...
Horrible customers accommodation, but you can buy and spend your money there from 9am till 9pm
They are really quick on taking your money but not so much solving their color changing jewelry...
Shame on you Erika, you shouldn't be manager...

Went to the Pembroke Gardens Pandora store to get two Bracelets clean. I arrived at 5:30pm and was told that they only clean jewelry until 5 o'clock. Do they not realize that people have jobs and work until 5 o'clock or later. I left out disappointed and will not return.
