Pro Masters did phenomenal work on my car this past summer. If you need paintless dent hail repair this is the place! My mini cooper was trapped in one of the many Colorado hail storms this past spring and the roof and hood were covered in tiny dents. Pro Masters repaired these dents flawlessly in about a week and they provided a rental car as well and help with the deductible. Their customer service is phenomenal and the overall experience was smooth; I could not have asked for anything more.

I took my car in for some minor hail roar (about 5 dents). Should not cost more than 2000 dollars at the most (paint less popping out).
I still don't have it back.
They have not even started.
They want over 7000 dollars to fix. The insurance inspector came in to look at it a 2nd time.
He said there was more damage done while it was with Pro-Masters. The insurance will no pay for the damage they caused. I still don't know what it is going to happen. No car and in limbo. Avoid them at all cost.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Took my car that I only had for 2 weeks to them and got back a piece of JUNK!!!
It's amazing that this place is even still in service!
Let me begin by letting you know how they get you: first they tell you that they will handle everything with your insurance and you get a rental, but when you take it in they just take your keys and drive you to pick up your car!
They are pushy and are quick to call your insurance to get more money out of them! They tell you you don't have to pay your deductible... NEWS FLASH PEOPLE when your insurance inspects your car they give you an estimate then they send you a check for that estimate MINUS your deductible, so technically you never pay it!!!!
Alright so after sucking more money from your insurance they take your car to PUEBLO! Yes yes to PUEBLO they don't tell you that either!
Oh and the owner will tell you that if you take your car anywhere else and they tell you less than 30 days they are not going to do a good job! UGH disgusting! They only tell you this because they take average 3-6 months to give you your car back!!!!!!
Wait did I mention that there will be a 90% chance your car will come back with mistakes and unfinished jobs?
If you call to check on your car they will say we will call you back, "someone will call you back"
I called everyday for 1 WEEK and NO ONE RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS!!!!! EVER!!!!!!
Their manager is rude and doesn't care if your upset! She doesn't care what you have to say she will tell you "I'll give you a call back in two hours" just to get you off the phone but will NOT call back!!!!
My car went "through inspection" but you will see the pictures of the condition of my car!
When I drive and hit a bump there is rattling, they did not even bother to clean up the broken glass, the rubber is falling off of the roof, MY SPEEDOMETER GLASS WAS BROKEN, there is paint or debris on my sunroof, the seats where absolutely dirty and disgusting, there is STILL WATER MARKS ON MY ROOF, oh and they gave me my car back with absolutely ZERO GAS! Barely made it to the gas station!
Oh and be careful when you pick up your car they tell you to sign a paper which shows what your insurance pays, but what they fail to say is that the paper states "I'm 100% satisfied with the work" and you sign this BEFORE they show you your car!!!!!!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information om företagaren

STAY AWAY, SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE!!! I have absolutely nothing good to say about Pro Masters! I took my nearly new car there for hail repair, not only did it take 7 month's to attempt to repair it but it was also returned with additional damage. I sent the car back in with a list of damages to repair only to have it come back with more damage each time, and even till this day I keep finding things wrong. I purchased this car brand new and it looks like its been through hell and back! The paint doesn't even match on my doors and to top it off the only reason the door needed to be painted is because the paper that they placed on the car to protect it was cut to deep and damaged the original paint. They replaced my windshield and the rear view mirror fell off only to reveal that it was glued on and had a chunk of glass missing and they refuse to take responsibility and now I need to purchase a new windshield . They over charged my battery after letting my car sit there for 7 months and I had to buy a $200 battery. My car has over spray, paper cuts on the plastic trimming, parts missing and they couldn't even place the emblems in the correct places. The staff has excuses for EVERYTHING and will stare you in the eye while they lie to you! I actually believe that they make up so many excuses and lies that they have brain washed themselves into believing their own BS. I seriously hope this place gets shut down because nobody deserves to have their vehicles returned like this. I work hard to pay for my car and my insurance and Pro masters will continue to take advantage of people and their insurance companies as long as they're in business. I seriously urge you all to look some where else for your needs.

If I could give a Zero rating I would. This is the worst shop you could ever use. It has scam written all over it. There is no way they have satisfied customers. My car was in pieces when I got it back. It was over $1,500 in repairs to get fixed. The only thing that saves them is they actually paid for the repairs. I don't know if it the ownership, the management, or just incompetent employees. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I found out after I saw the supplement to my original insurance estimate the day I picked up my car, that they do some shady things in order to pay your deductible and rental car expenses. They essentially charge your insurance for extra things that they never install or replace on your vehicle. This is essentially insurance fraud! They don't pay for your deductible or rental car out of their pocket, your insurance and ultimately the the consumer does. Also my car was not returned in the condition it should have been returned.
I took my newer BMW (with less than 12K miles) in for hail dent removal. First off let me state up front, this shop made over $7000 on the repair of my car for less than 3-4 days of labor. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was not in the condition I expected or was told it would be in. I called in advance and asked if it would have a full detail after the hail dent removal (including buffing and waxing), I was told yes it would. The costs for that were also included in my insurance estimate. Fact is, they do as little as possible, to make the maximum profit they can.
When I went in to pick up my car, there were still a couple of dents, one in the hood and one on the side panel and it had not been detailed at all. It had barely been washed. There were still bug guts on the hood and road grime on the rims. I pointed this out to the owner. He tried to claim the dent on the hood that wasn't addressed was orange peel. I mean, really!?! BMWs are known for their exceptional paint quality and my car didn't have "orange peel" prior to going into their shop. They proceeded to detail my car and fix the two dents I found, while I waited for over 2 1/2 hours in uncomfortable chairs in their shop.
I also noticed that the hood insulator was missing. I brought it up when I was inspecting the car, and he claimed it didn't come in with one. I knew it did, because I remembered seeing it on my car, and I called BMW and they confirmed that is a standard part on my car. So I called back to ask why that was never replaced. He claimed maybe it was taken off when I had other service done. I have only taken my car to BMW and only for regular maintenance, so the dealership would have had absolutely no reason to remove it. Now they are claiming they aren't liable and they aren't going to replace it. Also, there is a weird rattling inside my trunk that wasn't there before.
Ultimately this was an extremely bad experience for me. I had a far better experience using Snyder's Auto Works on my SUV. I really wish I would have went to them. Snyder's is honest and did an awesome job. Avoid Pro Masters if you are particular about your vehicle.
UPDATE: I also found out the felt lining/insulator for the interior of my trunk is missing. I am filing a claim with the better business bureau. This company is a scam!!!Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Information om företagaren

AVOID PRO-MASTERS AT ALL COSTS!!! I still don't have my car back and they have had it for 9 weeks! I call and call for updates and I seldom get a call back. I drop in because I live close to their Alameda and Santa Fe location and all I get are lies, empty promises, and the feeling that I'm the bad person for asking. The Owner, Doug, even had the audacity to throw it back on me and told me that I was harassing his staff! He said that they had recorded some of my phone calls. I told him that I hope he was recording ALL OF OUR CALLS because then I could prove all of the lies that his staff told me time and time again over the past 9 weeks!
About 4 weeks into this nightmare I was told that my car dent work was done, but in the process a trim piece had been damaged and they had a new one on order from Chrysler and there is no telling how long that will take because Chrysler is backlogged too. A week later (week 5) I dropped by to see if they had the part yet because they wouldn't return my calls. They said that there was never a trim piece damaged and that it had 2 spots that needed paint touch-up and that had to be done at their Pueblo, CO shop because in Denver they only do paintless dent repair! Just a blatant LIE! So I asked when it will be shipped to Pueblo, and how long it would take in Pueblo and I got vague to no answers!
It is hard to summarize a 9 week saga here on Yelp but yesterday, much to my relief, I was told that my car was back from Pueblo and ready to be picked up. I went to the Denver shop to pick it up only to be told by Doug, the Owner, that "your car is done, but not to my high standards and I am reluctant to let it go the way it is". I told him "so then what your saying is that in fact it isn't done at all"! We walked out to look at it and it looked like it had been sitting in the dirt yard for weeks and it still had white writing all over it where they had circled all the dents and issues! It also had new rusted over chips in the paint THAT WERE NOT THERE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF! This company is committing insurance fraud! I told him that I just wanted my vehicle back and that I would find another shop to finish the work but he refused claiming that they have already taken the insurance money and they can't release it. He swore he could finish it in another week but I just don't believe them because I know that in Denver they can't do paint work and so it would need to be shipped back to Pueblo but it just came from Pueblo!!!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Information om företagaren

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the biggest scam of a repair shop you can imagine. After waiting almost a year for hail damage to be fixed when they brought us the vehicle it had more damage than when it was dropped off. After that was fixed one of the tire flairs flew off driving down the road. It has been a month and a half and we are still waiting on the fender flair. They never answer calls or return calls. Highly, highly, highly suggest you take your business anywhere but this shop.

I will not recommend this business to anyone. It took them nearly 7 weeks to repair hail damage on our car. After 4 weeks, we tried to pick up our car, and discovered they had scratched and chipped the paint on other places one the body. We had to send it back to have these repaired, which took another three weeks.
During this time, we called several times to get updates, and our calls were rarely returned. When our calls were answered, no one in the office could offer any information.Towards the end of the 7 weeks, one of the managers was very rude, implying that none of the damage was their fault, and we had no reason to expect our car to be completed in a timely manner.
The only apologetic and professional person on the staff is Andrew, their adjuster, who became our go between. He finally arranged for us to have a rental car, and to have our car finished and delivered to our home.

They got 10k from my insurance and my car now has no working air bags as a result of water getting in and damaging wires.. 2k to get it fixed.. Advertising as a A+ for BBB on their website when they are not if you look they have been a A- for at least 2years .. do not get fooled by this company they are just out to get as much money as possible out of the insurance companies and do the work as cheap as possible to make the most profit. "Costumer service guaranteed" they also say on there website that is total Lies..it should say you're on your own after you leave our shop..
